Pictured is a standard 5 inch (diameter) filter used in our isolators to maintain a controlled, uniform environment. The filter shown (with and without filter media) has a lower inlet port.

5" (Five Inch) Diameter Isolator Filters


With lower input port and upper outlet port to provide better air flow.

Filters are shipped "autoclave ready".

5" Diameter Filters come completely assembled and wrapped with DW4 filter media.

Includes: Filter stand, neoprene spacers, DW4 filter media, filter media clamps, 20 mil. frosty vinyl filter cover, rubber bands and filter cover clamps.   Parts also sold separately.

  • (Complete unit) 5" D x 20" H inlet (supply) filter with (3) wraps of filter media.
  • (Complete unit) 5" D x 20" H outlet (exhaust) filter with (2) wraps* of filter media.
  • 5" D x 20" H Replacement Filter Cover sold separately

* Note: Outlet (exhaust) filters on negative pressure isolator systems have (3) wraps of filter media.


CBC's 5 inch isolator filters have a lower inlet port and upper outlet port to more efficiently remove warm, moist air. What's more, our 5 inch diameter design (vs. competitive 3 inch diameter) provides greater airflow. The larger filter diameter combined with CBC's unique inlet/outlet port design help improve the isolator's living environment.
